BizNet provides content packs for many different ERP systems. From this page you can access the documentation for products using the V5 product.
Documentation for integrations that have been updated to or have always been V7 (Intacct, Sage 500, SAP B1, SYSPRO, MS Dynamics GP, Blackbaud FE and RE) can be found in the BizInsight 7 section of the Product Documentation page.
Each guide is described below to help you identify which one best meets your needs.

| Installation Guide | This document provides all the steps for implementing BizInsight and BizContent for the first time. Most appropriate for new customers. |
| Citrix Terminal Services Installation Guide | This document details the specific steps for installing BizInsight on a Citrix or Terminal Services server. The steps differe somewhat from a traditional BizInsight client workstation installation. |
| Applying Updates | This document presumes that BizInsight and BizContent are already installed and provides the steps needed to implement new versions of both BizInsight and BizContent. A new version may come out for one or the other product. Just follow the steps for whichever product is being updated. |
| Adding New Users | This document provides just the steps for setting up new BizInsight users. |
| Installing Additional Content | This document provides the instructions for implementing an additional BizContent pack. For example, you may already own the GL content but then purchase the content pack for a different module of your accounting system and need to implement it. |
